I would not sell it. Shuriken is a great thing, it's a very good upgrade of that freezing gun. 4mil is not gonna get you many great stuffs at all, I'd suggest you to have a Yooyu Knuckle Duster (should still be cheap rn) for constant 14 icons, then start earning NP to upgrade the rest of your set.
